Medical and nursing practitioners at the clinic are able to provide a full range of TELEHEALTH phone and video consultations in line with current medicare requirements (a patient must have had an in person consultation in the past 12 months etc).
Telehealth consultations can be booked via the phone, the Hotdocs app or the website. The independent medical practitioners follow the government guidelines for this service and your doctor will assess if an on-site consultation is required.
Private fees for Telehealth consultations are determined by your consulting medical practitioner.
