Our team is pleased to advise that bookings for COVID-19 Vaccines are now all on line. Please DO NOT CALL our clinic for a booking as this is jamming all our phone lines and patients are having difficulty getting through for their usual appointments. A COVID VACCINE BOOK NOW booking link is located on the home page of our website and how you need to book an appointment if you are eligible. You are also able to download the Hotdocs App onto your phone and look up our clinic to check available sessions.
Bookings are to be made only on the dedicated bookings link and are unable to be made through a usual booking system. COVID Vaccine session times will be constantly updated. We receive confirmation of the doses we will receive about 2-3 weeks in advance. Our new booking system will request that you complete an online COVID vaccine consent form when booking your appointment. This will automatically upload to your patient file for when you arrive for your appointment. You will also be provided with links to government resources and information about the COVID vaccine. If you have any concerns please speak to your usual doctor.
We are now receiving 200-300 COVID vaccines per week which includes 100 vaccines per week to provide the second vaccine dose to patients who have received their first dose in the past 12 weeks. We encourage eligible patients on our waitlist to make an appointment when these become available. As there are thousands of eligible patients this will take time and we appreciate your patience.
Bookings will be available in COVID vaccine clinics only and not via standard appointments due to the vaccine coming in multi dose vials.
Local respiratory clinics or the large government vaccine centres are getting significantly greater doses each week so we encourage you to contact these clinics as well to check availability of these vaccines as they may have earlier appointments. You will need to contact these centres if you are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine.

Our team is working hard to provide these vaccines to our community. We have put on extra staff to manage the significant work involved with providing these vaccines. We realise that many people are anxious to get this vaccine however we ask that our staff be treated with respect and dignity. If a patient does not arrive for their vaccine we will contact you possibly at short notice to fill that slot.
COVID-19 vaccination is voluntary and to start your decision-making process please research information from reliable sources such as government websites. If you have any questions or specific circumstances that may impact on you having the COVID 19 vaccines please discuss this with your doctor.
