Children Fees – Bulk Billing under 12 years
The clinic has updated the policy for billing children and we can confirm that from Monday 12 September 2022 that children under 12 will be bulk billed on weekdays. This is a change in policy for the clinic. If you have any fee related questions regarding your consultation please speak with your general medical practitioner.
Welcome to Dr Michael Greig
Dr Greig commenced at the clinic on 8 August and currently works full time with Tuesday as his day off.
Dr Greig grew up on the Mornington Peninsula and enjoys all aspects of general practice. He graduated from Monash University in 2014 and then completed internship, doing a number of years doing physician training at Frankston Hospital before transitioning to general practice. Michael enjoys playing guitar and raising his young family.
Dr John Bolwell
Dr John Bolwell is currently on indefinite leave and we are unsure of his return date. When Dr Bolwell is back at work we will inform you. Dr Bolwell plans on retiring at the end of this year and we wish him all the best.
Dr Michael Dobson
Dr Dobson returns to work at the clinic from Thursday 15 September 2022. Dr Dobson will be working on Thursdays and every 2nd Saturday. Dr Dobson has a special interest in dive and aviation medicals as well as all aspects of general practice.
COVID Update
COVID Pfizer (aged 12 years and over) vaccines clinics continue to be offered on Wednesday afternoons only due to very limited demand for these vaccines.
If you have any flu or COVID symptoms please notify our receptionists when booking your appointment and your doctor can see you outside if required or they can provide a telehealth appointment for you to assess your condition and provide medical advice. Please note there is a fee for telehealth consultations.
Influenza Vaccine Update
Private influenza vaccines remain available via the clinic for those not eligible for the annual government vaccine.
Travel Vaccines
Mornington Medical Group is an accredited travel vaccination practice. The clinic has stock of common travel vaccines including Yellow Fever. Medical practitioners advise you to discuss travel medicine with them well before you intend to travel.
