Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 apples, grated
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • juice of 2 oranges

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl or plastic container.
  2. Refrigerate until the liquid has been absorbed and oats are soft (at least a few hours).

Serving Suggestion: Bircher muesli is best made night before you want to eat it. It keeps well in the fridge for up to 4 days.
