Doctors
There will be several doctors taking leave towards the end of October until early November. Please check to ensure you are aware of your doctor’s availability during this time.
Dr Dallas Smith will be relocating interstate and his last day consulting from his practice located at clinic will be Monday 20 October 2025.
Public Holiday
The clinic will be closed on Tuesday 4 November 2025 for the Melbourne Cup Public Holiday. The clinic will re-open again on Wednesday 5 November 2025 at 8.30am.

MyMedicare
Over the next few weeks your doctor or nurse will be asking you about signing up for My Medicare. It is voluntary and free to register in MyMedicare.
When you register in MyMedicare, it will notify your general practice that you have chosen them as your regular care team.
MyMedicare patients will have access to:
- greater continuity of care with your registered practice, which has been demonstrated to improve health outcomes
- longer Medicare Benefit Scheme (MBS) funded telehealth consultations with your GP
