Clinic News

Flu Vaccinations
The clinic has commenced receiving delivery of the influenza vaccinations for 2026. Private and government stock is available however please be aware current petrol shortages may impact the frequency of distribution in coming weeks.
Flu clinics for patients 18 years and over have been scheduled Flu vaccinations are available via these clinics or when consulting with your GP.
Vaccinations for children will require contacting the clinic to arrange a vaccination time for the doctor and nurse to be available.

EASTER – Mornington Medical Group is CLOSED for the Easter Break on the following dates:

The clinics Afterhours Service is available for current Patients during this period via phone no. 03 5975 2633. Tuesday 7 April 2026 the clinic will OPEN at 8.30am.
ANZAC DAY – Mornington Medical Group will be closed on Saturday 25 April 2026 for Anzac Day. The Afterhours service will be accessible for patients on the weekend.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Some of the general practitioners who work out of Mornington Medical Group are now utilising Artificial Intelligence for their clinical documentation. Your doctor will request your consent and permission in the consultation prior to commencing to implement this program which securely assists the doctor with writing their notes and letters. You will need to provide your permission at each consultation if you agree for AI to be utilised during your visit. If you have any questions about this process please speak with your doctor.
